Besides the 'usual' goblin/orc/troll races, are there any other's mentioned in any of Tolkien's works that have yet to make an appearance in TOR?

Are there any races similar to lizardmen, troglodytes etc?

The core rulebook throws in the Marsh Dwellers, a race of cannibalistic swamp/cave dwellers which might fit the bill.

The Laketown supplement adds hobgoblins and ogres as a couple of variant creatures.

Yes. The Marsh-dwellers (from the adventure "The Marsh-bell") are presumably based on the titular creatures from J.R.R. Tolkien's poem "The Mewlips".

The cellars where the Mewlips sit
Are deep and dank and cold
With single sickly candle lit;
And there they count their gold.

I'm not sure that this should count as an evil race, but I don't think we've seen an official write-up yet for the White Wolves of Forodwaith.

There are of course various cultures of men (and there is some implication of some dwarves to) who fell under Sauron's sway, though they mighthink not be seen as inherently evil, just corrupt. We've seen a few examples (Easterling, in Those Who Tarry...). I assume we'll get more when we get a book on Gondor (Haradrim, Umber, maybe Black Numenorians). WhIle liceasing might be tricky, I'd love to see Rhun detailed.

For evil races we have yet to see in TOR, there are the Giants. Another one that may or may not exist in Middle-earth is the Ogre. I would imagine at some point they are likely to give us the Mumakils/Oliphaunts, too.

I had thought for certain that we had seen both Giants and Ogres in TOR before now, but I guess I'm conflating the Peter Jackson films with the game. Giants have at least gotten some mention, haven't they? I could have sworn that I had read something about the Giants of the southern Misty Mountains being a bit more even-tempered than their kin in the north.

In any case, Giants don't seem to be inherently evil; Gandalf has mentioned that some are more-or-less decent fellows--although that might depend on what mood you catch them in!

Giant-lore is an option for the Slayer Calling so I assume there must be a reason for that.

As I mentioned above, ogres are in the Laketown supplement.

Oh, that's right, the one supplement I didn't check! Apparently a sub-category called Marsh-ogres.

There's a Giant in the Heart of the Wild supplement, the Lonely Giant (p.25/26). But he could just be a rumour, and there're no stats for him.
He doesn't need stats, maybe, just a giant rock to smash you.
