That doesn't work; you neglected to include Men of Bree, which in your case would make six new Cultures, not five.Gilrohir Arncelevon wrote:Wayward Elves and Wild hobbits of the Vales of Anduin are both referred to in The Heart of the Wild (pgs 78 and 52 respectively), but neither are detailed as playable cultures. So the five new PLAYABLE CULTURES are indeed
Elves of Lorien
Men of Minas Tirith
Dwarves of the Blue mountains
Wayward Elves and
Wild Hobbits
)
Okay, that makes a bit more sense.Corvo wrote:About the five new playable cultures, my take is:
1. Dwarves of the Blue Mountains
2. Elves of Lorien
3. Men of Bree
4. Men of Minas Tirith
5. Wild Hobbits
Wild Hobbits aren't fully playable yet, since they don't have any Cultural Reward in Heart of the Wild
Wayward Elves, on the other hand, are already playable.
In what way are Wayward Elves already playable, except in being naughty Elves of Mirkwood? Come to think of it, why does the advertising copy in The One Ring Roleplaying Game and The Heart of the Wild say that Wayward Elves are a variant cultural background? Is there a variant package like Wild Hobbits that I can't find?Corvo wrote:Wayward Elves, on the other hand, are already playable.
