Is my memory failing or was there suppose to be expanded rules for Heroic Heritage/generational play in the Adventurer's Companion?

Well the Changeling thing is done specifically for Barding Children stolen by Wayward Elves and raised as such, and then they come back to their families... 12 years later? But there was no real rules for adoption or mixed blood that I can recall, so I was wandering about what you guys thought. I mostly agree with Falenthal, but maybe we'd even get some sorta rule for it in Adventurer's Companion!

What the bloody hell are mastery dice?!!

Perhaps it's a mechanic that lets you add an additional dice to a roll if you have one of the new Masteries.

Is it gonna be another use of the success dice tho? Surely not, since we have bonus dice already? I'm hoping it's not just a 5e style extra Feat die for advantage or something (and we already have similar things, so presumably not . . .

. . . which leads to the trembling asking of the question--could it be a whole new physical die? *gasp*

I'm guessing not. The Men of Minas Tirith are in AiME and there's no plate armour in that.
