Yeah, maybe. I've done appropriate names in the past, and then I switch back to silliness or easy designators as the mood strikes me. I once did the Seven Dwarfs (in German) for a batch of enemies. Unfortunately, one of my players spricht Deutsch, and thus some of the effect was lost.

For all we know, "Grishnak" could be Orcish for "Dopey".
