For the record, all the new PC stuff is in one supplement, Horse-lords of Rohan.

That doesn't change the situation materially, and I'm mostly just being pedantic...but it still seemed worth noting for clarity.

I have made a test version at http://azrapse.es/tor_copy/sheet.html.
It adds the Rider of Rohan and Dunlending cultures, although the texts will appear only in English. (I will need help to get the localized texts in Spanish and Italian, the other two supported languages).

If you can please go to that address and test the generation two new cultures out, it would be of great help.
I have had to modify the generation a bit to allow for choosing between the Rider of Rohan usual Cultural Blessing, and the one that is meant only for the Shieldmaidens, so bugs could have been introduced.

One mistake: Dunlending specialties are wrong.
Correct ones are:
Beast-lore, Fire-making, Herb-lore,
Misty Mountains Lore, Story-telling, Tracking.
New Trait: Tracking
You find it easy to recognise and follow the paths created
across the wild by the passage of beasts and men, and to
distinguish between them.

EDIT*
And you have Endurance for the Dunlendings start at 22+Heart. That wrong. It starts at 20+Heart

As Indur notes, the Dunlending specialties are wrong, as is their Endurance (20+Heart is low, but correct).

Additionally, Riders of Rohan should have a third option for their Cultural Blessing. Specifically, 'Ominous Blessing', found on page 23 of Horse-lords of Rohan.

And finally, I'm aware this is almost certainly a bigger change, but the Horse-lords sheets have a spot for a mount on them, so adding that seems a good idea.

Sorry, I don't think that's right... Ominous Blessing is a Virtue, not a Cultural Blessing. It could just be listed as one of the options, and it would be up to players to not take it and Horse-herd of the Riddermark (with which it is exclusive... i.e. a hero may only have one or the other, and only heroes from Harrowdale can have Ominous Blessing).
