Long time without updates... Sorry for that.
I have just uploaded a new version that includes the two new cultural variations for Woodmen and Hobbits, as well as the new River-Blooded and The Call of Mirkwood virtues.

Great! I am a fan of your character creator

Azrapse, you are awesome! I was just wondering earlier this week whether you'd be updating the character generator with information from Heart of the Wild.

I don't suppose you could include the Dunedain culture and Dorwinion cultures as made by Rich H on your generator?

A lot of people would like to use those cultures...particularly the Dunedain. Who doesn't want to be Aragorn Jr?

On bugs:the new elf virtue says 'undefined' when the cultures are listed on the 'pick your culture' screen.

If there is enough interest, why not. I might just add some kind of "Unofficial" label on them.

That's fair. They are unofficial, but...they're also popular. It should be easy enough to flag them unofficial in whichever way seems best to you.

New Wild Hobbits have no cultural rewards available upon reaching that point in chargen.

I believe that is working as intended. The description of them says that they have no access to the cultural rewards of Hobbits of the Shire, and no additional rewards are provided.

Interesting. All Cultures have 3 cultural Rewards...so if the don't have access to the standard Hobbit Stuff, we should ask cubicle 7 what's up with that.
