I found that my players are on the verge of having multiple holdings, with no real way of keeping track of them on their character sheets.
So I created this nifty little Holding Index like the Magical Item Index from Rivendell
I don't know if anyone else has made anything similar, but if they have I haven't found it.
So here it is. Enjoy.

Functional Rating Holding Index
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0pnhf ... p=sharing
Functional Rating:
Sometimes your player with a Standing of 2 and a Holding Rating of 8 rolls a 12 during her Upkeep phase.
Or they do something during the Adventure phase that raises her Holding's Rating.
Or she goes on an Adventure and is awarded a Holding with a Rating of 7.
When this happens, I say, the Holding's Rating increases, but its Functional Rating, the one you roll on during the Upkeep phase, remains the same.
The character's property has the potential to be better, but the character just isn't well respected enough to run the Holding at full capacity.
Fields lie fallow as not enough hands are willing to work her farm. Her Inn is larger than ever, but she's not popular enough to attract the trade she needs. That sort of thing.
But, as soon as her Standing increases, so does the Holding's Functional Rating to match the Rating.
Now some Loremasters would then say "Tough. You should have raised your Standing."
To which a player might say "Then you should have given me more Treasure."
And now your player is only going to want to choose the adventures that gives the most Treasure, rather than the one that might fight the Enemy or seems the most fun, out of fear they could be losing resources. And that might not be what you want from your campaign.
Some might think this is a dumb idea, and that's fair. So I have provided both options for Loremasters.
