New Fellowship Phase Undertakings.

Post by BELERION » Thu Dec 22, 2016 4:59 pm

What do you think about that ?

Start a family
Move in with the husband/wife.
If the husband/wife is of the same Heroic Culture as the PC: Prestige +1 (if the social level of the husband/wife is hight enough).
If the husband/wife is from a different culture: the PC become a "friend" of this culture.
In any case, build a Domain ...

Having a baby
This imposes a particularly long Community Phase: no Adventure Phase for at least 6 to 12 months ...
+3 points of Hope if it's the first child / only +1 point of Hope for the next ones.
In any case, possible to make one roll to purge the Shadow: making songs for the newborn (Singing) or crafting special furnitures for him (Crafting).

To greive / To mourn (I don t know how to translate that...)
Crying a friend: only during the Fellowship Phase which follows the Adventure Phase when the friend died ...
Possible to purge the Shadow (1 roll) where the friend was buried (even if it is elsewhere than at home or in a Sanctuary ...).

Hi,

I' ll think

Move in with the husband/wife.
If the husband/wife is of the same Heroic Culture as the PC: Prestige +1 (if the social level of the husband/wife is hight enough).
If the husband/wife is from a different culture: the PC become a "friend" of this culture.

Crying a friend: only during the Fellowship Phase which follows the Adventure Phase when the friend died ...
Possible to purge the Shadow (1 roll) where the friend was buried (even if it is elsewhere than at home or in a Sanctuary ...).
are a pretty nice idea!

It fit nicely with the passing of years, which is in the heart of TOR...
Nothing of Worth.

If I'm not mistaken, this thread is in the wrong subforum. Sounds like it's for AiME with "Prestige +1" and such.

It is homemaid rules for One Ring RPG...

But it's possible that I use a wrong word to translate "Prestige"... :?: :?

Maybe it's "Standing" what you mean with "Prestige"?

I have done something similar. I did not make it take a downtime action, but I did increase the maximum hope of my PCs by 1 when they married.
