Enemy Damage - Success/Great Success/Extraordinary Success

Hello,

What is the result of Enemies getting Great Successes or Extraordinary Successes on attack rolls?

Do they also add their Damage Rating, or double their Damage Rating? And if so, does this use their Attribute Level?
