Some Specifics on the Errata for Denizen of the Dark

I realize that there is an errata (essentially) on the Denizen of the Dark special ability, such that it applies only to rolls by the adversary (not the PCs).
So some questions/clarifications I'd like to run by everyone, keeping in mind that in Darkening is says "In gaming terms, this lesser stature is reflected by the three Nazgûl’s Attribute levels; theirs is a relatively low value – even if at night it is doubled by their Denizen of the Dark ability (the physical power and the fear inspired by the Nazgûl is enormously increased in darkness)." [emphasis mine]
1) This increased "physical power" would be reflected when they fight in moonlight or under the dark canopy and shroud of fog in Mirkwood, right? So the Lieutenant of Dol Guldur swinging his longsword in those conditions would roll 3 dice and then add 10 (instead of 5), correct?
2) The only other thing affected would be their Skill rolls, right? (even though these come up for bad guys extremely rarely)
3) Even though it says that the "fear inspired" by them is increased, based on the errata I'm thinking the main game effect that has to do with fear (Thing of Terror) would not be affected, being as those (Fear tests) are rolls by the hero, not the adversary, right?
4) I'm wondering if Dreadful Spells: Shadow of Fear would work for 5 weeks or 10? It's something that has to do more with the adversary, rather than the hero/PC, but then it's not a roll, either.
I'm curious what some of you think. My PCs will very likely be heading to Dol Guldur to recover the stolen Lamp of Balthi, where the Lieutenant is now in charge, so I want to be ready in case they confront him.
