Edit: I first read Purveyors of Cheap Chicken. I need some sleep.
"Purveyors of Cheap Kittens" would've sounded more bizarre still.
You're still not beyond help, Terisonen.

The magical index was made when Rivendel came out, and since that is a long time ago and I made weapons and armour for 7 players, I must say that the exact idea at the time is up for evaluation now.
Thanks for the input.
I like the idea of increased Eye, but the party is already starting at 9 Eye +2 +1 ( another companion found a magic sword) lots of revelations comming up!
I think that, maybe the weapon will increase in effectiveness as Saurons influence grows, so now the creatures that are free from Dol Guldur like spiders, are not affected by the Bane...
Any other ideas or comments are welcome. Kitchens will not help.
Cheers

I'm intrigued: where is that weapon? I don't remember such a weapon being published (I know about a sword in Ruins of the North, but didn't make to the final document)

Or maybe Morgoth if they can find a way to get there.
Psh, my vileness is greatly exaggerated. I'm actually a pretty cool guy. I doubt the weapon would work on me.

Dambeth Medui
An Elven long sword crafted in Eregion just a few years before its fall. The runic marks on the blade name it “Dambeth Medui” which roughly translates to “Last Answer” and though it lacks a maker’s mark, it is likely the final blade that Celebrimbor himself forged. It is made of shining mithril, somehow blended with an unidentifiable black metal that runs through the center of the blade from hilt to tip.
Banes: The Shadow
Qualities: Foe-slaying, Superior Grievous, Warding-spell*
*Typically associated with armour.

Yeah, it's the one I was alluding to.
Beautiful weapon, btw.
