So there will be also adventures in this book?
Yes, three of them. Fellow poster Cleggster found a product description at Alliance Game Distributers (sorry, he did not provide a link):
The town of Bree sits at an ancient cross road, an island of civilization in an abandoned land. Protected by the secretive Rangers, and home of the Prancing Pony Inn, Bree is the starting place to many an adventure... This is an invaluable resource for players and gamemasters alike. And with a new playable culture and 3 adventures this is a must-have purchase for all One Ring players. A comprehensive guide to iconic Middle-earth location the town of Bree, its places, characters and things to do. 3 Adventures set in around Bree New Playable Culture - Men of Bree

At first I was like "Dear goodness, why would we do a supplement that covers all of Western Eriador, and call it "Bree"?" But then we did one for Eastern Eriador called "Rivendell" so what do I know?

Jon, does this actually cover a much larger area than the description implies? There is no mention of the Dwarves of the Blue Mountains (who are at least on the Eriador side of the Ered Luin) or their holdings in the northern and southern ranges. There is also no indication that the book touches on the Shire, the Tower Hills or any other area other than Bree-land. I was even hoping for something on the Grey Havens, but now I'm guessing that is reserved for a potential future supplement.

With three adventures in Bree I would not be surprised if much of Western Eriador was covered in a future supplement. Bree would seem a natural place to include the Shire though, and some of the lands between.

That's what I've been saying, but now Jon has me wondering if this is so. Hopefully there will be another official announcement very soon that sheds light on his statement above. Now I desperately want a look at the contents page(s) of this book.
There really aren't any lands between the Shire and Bree-land, but there are some adjacent areas that could be included, most notably: The Old Forest; the Hills of Evendim (with Annúminas and Lake Evendim); the Tower HIlls (with the White Towers); and Minhiriath (including Sarn Ford).

3 Adventures in a regional book? I guess it means we'll get no supplemental rules this time.

Sad if true.
I was eagerly expecting on rules to bargain for ponies, and expanded rules for ranged attacks that include improvised weapons, like apples-to-the-face.

Probably not, though there are still those expanded rules for holdings floating around that were originally meant to appear in the
Adventurer's Companion.

If this is confimed, I for one am quite happy that we get a fully usable module (background + adventures) centered on a specific area : this is an opportunity for a bit more details than what we are used to in the regional modules, and leaves the door wide open for a fully fledged one covering all of Western Eriador (Bree being arguably at the junction between Western and Eastern Eriador, it seems to make sense it should be on its own).
