Probably yes. If the book includes nearby regions of Eriador too, the book will have the map of those places.
Of Finarfin's children I am the last. But my heart is still proud. What wrong did the golden house of Finarfin do that I should ask the pardon of the Valar, or be content with an isle in the sea whose native land was Aman the Blessed? Here I am mightier.

I expect the book to cover an area as large as from the Ettenmoors to the Last Bridge to Eregion (Hollin) in the South. So, yes, I expect there will be one or more maps.

The Rivendell sourcebook should be able to fill in some gaps. What is Hoardale at the upper end of Rhudaur? Is it the northernmost area that is patroled/protected by the Rangers of the North? What of interest (if anything) is at the Coldfells? How many groups/camps of Dunedain live in the vicinity of Rivendell?

I sure hope that all of you are right about their expanding the area beyond Rivendell, preferably with another volume to cover the Bree-land, Weather Hills, or even (please, please) northward to Carn Dûm.

Hey, we can always dream :)
