If you use miniatures in your TOR games and are stuck for Dark ages females, you could do worse than check out a company called Badsquiddo. Female minis suitable for all the Northmen folks of Wilderland plus one or two that might be used for Dunlendings and a set of mounted females for all your Rohirric needs.
