I’m hoping for a wide timeframe, and that I can include it in my Darkening campaign, like I did with Tales and some of Ruins.

My guess with regards to a release date, is for mid February :geek:

I wonder if the title might be metaphorical and that though there might be an actual Dragon in it, it’s more about the corrupting influence that Smaug has left behind and the effect that it has on the development of Dale and it’s relations with Erebor.
I started reading the Lake-Town supplement the other day and I shuddered when I read this on page 13.

"Gold pieces are very valuable and rare - the majority of those that are seen in Dale, Erebor or Lake-town come from the treasure of Smaug, and most people show some propensity to hoard them and put them away."

I got shivers. The entire economy of an entire region, based on coins from a hoard upon which a great dragon has brooded for upwards of 200 years...

...what could go wrong?

People starting to steal money from each other, other obsessionally thinking somebody in his entourage want to rob him because he has a hoard of gold coin, family torn by the feeling of being cheated of his share at a heritage because it seems that some money have disappeared... Yeah, many thing can go wrong.

Just look around you :D
