Hey guys,
A few months back there was this awesome Google Spreadsheet someone made to auto-generate a town for D&D 5E. Well I heavily modified it to work with The One Ring and Adventures in Middle-earth.
It supports totally random NPCs as well as more Culture specific builds for the different races.
Equipment, weapon, armour, and treasure lists were updated as well.
Enjoy!

Glad you guys are enjoying it!
Some more info for the curious:
- I've updated the "Main NPCs" to generate from their culture tables and added a Culture Weight Sheet so you can adjust the frequency of different cultures. PM me if you'd like accesss to change these values, or you can just make a copy of the sheet and edit them youself!
- The NPCs generated from Cultures will have traits, a looks, and roles all tailored to that Culture - so Elves are more likely to be pretty, tall, wardens, healers, blond, etc - while dwarves have worn armor and beards
Happy to take any suggestions for future features!

Update:
added "nearby terrain", "atmosphere", "some people seem", and "weather" (which is weighted).
Just in case you guys need some more inspiration on your Middle-earth town!
