17 is Minas Morgul?

Are you sure?
I think so. Minas mogul was an old tower fortress of Minis Tirith and part of the southern kingdom. It was in the mountain pass. I feel this model meets the description pretty closely.

Did I win the Eternal Gratitude? 😉
Haha, yes. You'd listed them how I had. The two I weren't sure about were which one should be the Grey Havens and which should be Umbar:

Still not 100% sure.
I struggled with that too, but what finally made my decision for me was two things :

1. The left one has three towers with the same top, and I didn't get the sense from the text that Umbar had more than one crystal topped tower
2. The right has much more of a harbor defined by rock... Which I feel does fit the description of Umbar

Also.. On another note, I feel like your eternal gratitude that I've won could be best expressed in one or two lines of "Tolkienish" verse...

... just sayin' 😉

He's not missing Bag End, it's right there in the middle of the first picture.
