No. It's on it's way from the printer in china to our warehouses in the States. Keep an eye here and we'll let you know as soon as we have a street date.
Thanks, Jon. Is the street date when pre orders go out or do the pre orders go out prior to the street date?
Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better.

My guess is that it would not make any business sense to delay getting product into stores so I would think that the fulfilment location would ship books to pre-order customers at the same time as in bulk to stores via distributors so a pre-order is likely to turn up while the store's order wends it's way through the distro system.

As it's a holiday in England tomorrow you probably won't get the official version before Tuesday unless with Jon being in Scotland their Early May holiday falls on a different day.

I can actually answer this. Pre-orders are generally shipped before the official street date, when product is expected to be on the shelves of brick-and-mortar retailers.

The street date is when books are due on retailers shelves. Pre-orders ship just before we ship stock to retailers.

Any word on when Darkening of Mirkwood will be out in hardcopy? On the C7 Store page it says April, were a bit past that now.

If you read back a few posts, you'll see where Jon said it was on a boat from our printers in China to our warehouse. When it hits the warehouse, we'll let you know.

I don't want to press in something that has been already replied. But, is there a chance that The Darkening of Mirkwood is in US stores last week of May? A friend of mine is travelling to the Uncle Sam country, and I want to use that chance.

Thanks.

Whilst the supplements are on the ship we have no further information about when they'll arrive, or how long they'll spend at customs, so we can't give anymore information just yet. I promise that if we could we would.
