Hi everyone,
New GM here! I was wondering whether any of you were using RealmWorks for your TOR games? I am looking for a digital tool to help me manage my campaigns and after some research this appears like this could do perfectly. Indeed, smart linking, creature database etc and the option to let your players only see part of this are all features that are resonating with me. My only concern (apart from value for money) is the daunting perspective of having to input all of the information in the system... ahah.
Also interested in feedback on City of Brass and Obsidian Portal which look like simpler versions of this (and partly free)
Many thanks in advance,
Menethil

Have you looked into OneNote?

We use Obsidian Portal, and it's been awesome for us!

Re: RealmWorks, City of Brass, Obsidian Portal and TOR
We've also used Obsidian Portal, mainly for our communication (the forum). But we turned away from it as login is too complicated especially from a mobile device. Also the forum doesn't work perfectly on mobile devices (a lot of scrolling is necessary). Those obstacles were so great that the party didn't want to use it regularly, it seems.
We're trying epicwords.com now. Currently it's to early for a resume.

Ok thanks a lot for those answers - helpful so far. I actually do use OneNote but was looking into upgrading the digital management of our campaign.
Farath, please do keep us posted on how things go with EpicWords!
I'm assuming then that noone has used RealmWorks in their campaigns? Found an old thread on the forum but over three years old so assumed the software had gone through changes in the meantime.
