RealmWorks, City of Brass, Obsidian Portal and TOR

Hi everyone,
New GM here! I was wondering whether any of you were using RealmWorks for your TOR games? I am looking for a digital tool to help me manage my campaigns and after some research this appears like this could do perfectly. Indeed, smart linking, creature database etc and the option to let your players only see part of this are all features that are resonating with me. My only concern (apart from value for money) is the daunting perspective of having to input all of the information in the system... ahah.
Also interested in feedback on City of Brass and Obsidian Portal which look like simpler versions of this (and partly free)
Many thanks in advance,
Menethil
See below what I'm talking about:

Bonus:
A great sound platform to use in your games http://tabletopaudio.com/soundpad.html
