They can, and then they become weary. They can spend all their Hate in one big go, if they have enough abilities powered by it. But then they are weary. A no-hate dude can be make to cower with your forward stance, right? if this is the case, making a troll flee in shame with a forward hobbit can be great

You can reduce an Adversary's Hate with the Intimidate Foe, bit they won't flee unless Craven.
