Name that person?

Hi, question about couple of personages in TOR: firstly, is the Master of the Lake-Town ever named? Either the current one, or his predecessor or both? I guess not in Hobbit anyways, and maybe TOR kept it that way?
Secondly, what was the name of Thranduil's father? I am sure it was mentioned in some of the TOR books, but cannot remember where.
Thirdly, what might be the name of the Chief in the Goblin Hall in 'Of Leaves and Stewed Hobbit'? Was it mentioned in any place? Any suggestions?

1. No, the Master of Lake-town in
The Hobbit is never named. However, in TOR's
Lake-town Sourcebook we learn from the Dwarf Glóin that his successor is the old captain of the guard who was the first Man that the Company of Thorin encountered in the old Esgaroth. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that the name of the new Master of Esgaroth has been revealed either!
2. We learn from Tolkien's
Unfinished Tales that the father of Thranduil and the previous Elvenking of the Greenwood was named
Oropher. Oropher perished in the Battle of Dagorlad near the end of the Second Age. We learn nothing at all about Thranduil's queen: not her name or even if she is dead or alive at the time of the Quest of Erebor. Oddly,
The Heart of the Wild suggests that Thranduil has more than one son in addition to Legolas.
3. As far as I know, the Goblin Chief from "Of Leaves and Stewed Hobbit" is not given a name; you are free to provide him with one yourself.
