Was that an ‘I’ll see you in the playground’ moment there OS?
Not really! But it was a little bit of a challenge, as I would like to see how someone else might approach the idea. ;)
I look forward to reading both your Heroic Culture articles.
Thanks! I've also considered pieces on Outlanders of Eriador (basically frontiersmen) and the Lossoth of Forochel (equate them to early Laplanders?). I did post a piece on the Woses of the Druadan Forest in the AiMe forums that I cannibalized a bit for the newer article on the Wild Men of Enedwaith. The Wild Men just seemed slightly more useful as adventurers. Likewise, the Foresters of Eryn Vorn seem unlikely to leave their forest and would probably work better as NPCs.

I really liked your piece on the Woses. Exceptionally well considered and presented.

Thanks. I do think some of my writing in that was a little too pedantic. For the Wild Men of Enedwaith I also made the assumption that they were not only of the same race as the Woses, but the bloodline had remained pure (as opposed to mixing with the Dunlendings or others) and their powers and abilities were the same.
