It really bothers me that you have to go to the big conventions to have a complete The One Ring library.

There. I said it.

Wow.

This is an amazing amount of work Timb, thank you for tracking all of these down for us.

I have to agree with Trotter that it would be wonderful to get past all of these legal issues & play some of these other adventures as well.

Sigh....

You can all write to M-eE and tell them what you think.

Let us know if you get a response that's other than where's the money, C7 don't have a license for that.

Where's the money for a free con adventure? And hey, I ordered the GenCon collection that was cancelled. I through my money M-E through C7 every chance I get. So with all due respect, what are you talking about?

You don't seem to realise that the licence that C7 seem to have from Me-E does not appear to allow them to sell or otherwise provide PDF only material. The lawyers appear to have agreed that supplying pdfs of printed books was acceptable but no pdf only material as that probably infringed on someone else's license (this allowed C7 to supply pdfs again after the interruption some time back).

So you won't get any One Ring pdf only material from C7 until M-eE change their tune. Write and complain but not to C7.

As Jon keeps telling us they don't discuss their license so your guess is perfectly viable. Check through the old forum and see if there was any reason given at the time, I don't remember one. The Tolkien Estate fight with M-eE, Warner Bros & NewLine Cinema at the time may have had something to do with that.
