I know that there might not be many here who have a desire to incorporate elements specific to Peter Jackson's Middle-earth films into their games. However, I found this of some interest. Daniel Falconer's book Middle-earth: From Script to Screen is already available in the U.K. and Europe. The Contents pages are laid over a map of Middle-earth; part of it actually shows the location of the High Fells of Rhudaur, where the Ringwraiths were entombed for approximately four hundred years.
I had developed a pretty good idea of where the High Fells should have been: In the Misty Mountains north of Rivendell and the High Pass, and south of Angmar. This map places them on the eastern side of the mountains facing the Upper West Vales of the Anduin, about a hundred or so miles north of Rivendell.

The High Fells of Rhudaur
"Far, far below the deepest delvings of the Dwarves, the world is gnawed by nameless things. Even Sauron knows them not. They are older than he."
