It's only partially implemented, but I suspect that's what you were looking for. You can click on the boxes to fill them, or on the skill names to toggle underline.
As uhu79 mentioned, I've started helping him refactor the Roll20 CSS, and your prototype was indeed proving very helpful. However, I went back to that URL today, and found a standard holding page saying "This domain name expired on 2018-01-27". If you don't intend to renew the domain, do you have the source for this somewhere that you'd be willing to share?
