Moria

Post by Heilemann » Wed Feb 12, 2014 10:11 pm

Just wanted to put my vote in for a Moria book. I love prancing about the forest as much as the next elf, but there's still something about going underground.

The suggestion from Francesco that he had envisioned such a campaign to be largely modeled after Chaosium's classic "Beyond the Mountains of Madness" made my head want to explode with glee.

I have no words...

Nor did the characters who experienced said adventure.

That would be uber cool though. And great to imagine.

Wow, that would be so awesome but I know better then to hope. I just will imagine it for now. :)

That would be great! Sort of like an old school dungeon crawl but more epic ;)

No offense to Jon Hodgson or Tomasz Jedrusek, both of whose art is lovely and a big part of TOR's appeal for me, but... I miss Angus McBride.

No offence taken whatsoever. One of my big regrets is that I had been planning to try and get in touch with Angus McBride to thank him for all the inspiration over the years... and then he was gone.

Making me want to do a Moria campaign here. I was hoping the players in my current group would decide for that route in the timeframe I gave them.
