How does it change the game if Bonus Dice are immune to the weary condition?
I imagine Lore/Insight/Battle become much more valuable, since those extra dice can't be reduced.

Re: Bonus Dice and Weary
Do some maths and find out.
An extra 1, 2 or 3 on a test though is hardly game breaking, I'd say, considering how often bonus dice get applied. I wouldn't bother though just in case it does throw out some odd results.
Personally, I'd be more bothered about tracking which dice was the bonus one in the roll. You'd need different coloured dice* or have to roll the bonus one separately.
Why the reason? Just messing around or is there any underlying drive behind your query?
*Which is what I use my green dice pack for.

Re: Bonus Dice and Weary
Just something that happened in my online game today.
My LM in that game decided bonus dice were not affected by weary...and it basically made a life or death difference for two characters. (Sadly, the third guy died anyway due to the one hit kill rule of 0 End+Wound)

Sounds like all three should be dead.

Re: Bonus Dice and Weary
Possibly. One guy was wounded with 1 endurance point left. My guy was not wounded with 5 endurance points left. The enemy was in full health and had a tn of 18 if you were attacking him from forward stance. My weary character rolled an 11, and naturally spent a hope to get to 17 (body 6)...plus a combat dice that rolled a 1, that the LM chose to include in the roll, which hit 18 with the piercing called shot and saved the day.

Re: Bonus Dice and Weary
Where does it say that bonus dice are not affected by Weary?
I thought the RAW says that all dice except the Feat die are so affected

Re: Bonus Dice and Weary
It doesn't, that's why the question has been posted in house rules about how it would affect the game if a rule was adopted where they weren't affected.Robin Smallburrow wrote:Where does it say that bonus dice are not affected by Weary?
