What's the attack TN when two non-players (say an orc and a giant spider) are fighting each other? Just assume "Open" and use 9?

I'd just narrate the outcome.

There's nothing official but a section of my Additional Rules is about player vs. player combat.

Well I know that there is a possible fight between two creatures of Shadow in DoM and it gets resolved by a single die roll determining what happened and LM's narration so...just narrate it I guess

... When I first read the thread title I parsed it as "Allen vs. Predator". Knowing such an "Allen", I kinda felt sorry for the Predator.
