On the FB site Thomas indicates that a pdf will probably be done by Monday evening but it might be a little longer.

Well, you asked for it - and now here it is. You can download Issue #14 here. Be aware though that it is 162 MB file, and the server may be overloaded when many people try to download it. Everyone feel free to upload it elsewhere to distribute server load.
