A newer TOR Youtube gameplay

Post by Moria Firefly » Fri Mar 23, 2018 12:03 am

I'm always looking at old TOR gameplays and hard to find newer ones (outside of Threats in Mirkwood) or any of the Aime ones. I was happy to see a new one started Jan of this year and it's been fun to watch.

Check it out, if you're interested, no it's not my channel or anything but love seeing TOR promoted! They also have a Twitch channel.

It's not much, but I just uploaded three new videos to my YouTube channel of actual play. We haven't figured out how to record an entire session yet, let alone convert the file so that it is small enough to upload to YouTube. I don't know how people post 2+ hour long videos and keep the quality.

This is a really good group. Good production quality, and all the players seem engaged with the story. Also an interesting take to tell the story of Rhun during the War of the Ring. A few rules that I noticed where messed up, but I am no stickler as long as people have fun.

I hope that serves as an encouragement to other Loremasters. We definitely mess things up sometimes in favour of having fun! That being said, if we messed up an important rule, don't be afraid to point it out kindly, because the whole point of the video is to give an example of play and we don't want to lead anyone astray. I will not be offended at all.
