Stunting regains Hope. The more ridiculous it is the more Hope is replenished.

New Virtue for human cutures:

Dwarf Thrower

You can grab and toss dwarves into battle as part of the opening volleys. The thrown dwarf immediately enters into close combat in Forward Stance and benefit of a round of close combat before the rest of the group is engaged. At LM call this virtue can be applyed to hobbits too.

Any creature larger than a troll is utterly incapable of hitting any player character. This applies doubly to Mumakil

Well gosh their attacks are so sloooooooow. Who couldn't dodge that? Derp.

EDIT: Non-player characters, of course.

Funny enough, but still it brings up the issue again about TOR combat actually being too slow.

Of course, me being a huge fan of all five movies released so far, would like to see the heroes being a bit more effective in combat, especially against lesser enemies. Sure enough, they can take down a single enemy in one round, but no Virtue, Reward or skill so lets even a thousand year old elven warrior kill more than one goblin in a round.

And as for swashbuckling elves standing on top of dwarven heads? I love it. It's great fun! :D

It's a choice.
For myself, I'm quite convinced that if the game had been based more on the movies than on the books, I wouldn't have bought it.
