In the unofficial culture for the Rangers that are on this forum what are the primary and secondary languages available to them?

It's in the PDF, mate:

LANGUAGES
Dúnedain generally speak the Common Speech
(Westron). They also still use their native tongue
Adûnaic when conversing with their own kind and
some even know a little Sindarin or Quenya.

... I'm guessing you just missed it or that you have another version? Use this 'un: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/795 ... 0North.pdf

Since it seems to have been a standard practice for Lord Elrond to foster the heirs of Dunedain chieftains for at least a while, and the Rangers of the North had close ties to both Rivendell and the Grey Havens, Sindarin should probably have been well-known to most of them. I would say that ALL Dunedain should have known at least some Sindarin and MOST should be fluent in it.

Yup. I have two versions of the Ranger PDF in my files, one has it listed the other doesn't. And of course I only checked one of them. Thanks for the info.

No problem, fella. Those wore the little elements that I added to Diogo's original work - things like languages and the titles for the different background options.
