'Macclesfield' and 'beautiful' used together! The One Ring certainly refreshes the parts other RPGs cannot reach!Ironbite wrote:Just arrived, Macclesfield, UK. Beautiful
Yep, they went out a few weeks ago so you should have had it by now.Throrsgold wrote:Anyone in the US received their copy, yet?
I have had a taste of it via the PDF, but am suffering from withdrawal for want of the physical copy. I know a bit of how Gollum felt...
I wantss it. I wantss it.
Yeah, I've got it... but I kept it in the box, and haven't opened it yet. (Long story, but true. It will get opened in a couple of weeks).Throrsgold wrote:Anyone in the US received their copy, yet?

That's fine. "Tales..." is in paperback format as it was released before C7 moved to a hardback release model.robbmiller wrote:I am new to One Ring and C& products and am not sure what to expect. I received my Core Rule Book as hard back and my Wilderland book is in paperback format.
Amazon often 'make shit up' when it comes to products, especially RPGs, which is why many of us simply don't order things from them - despite their often big discounts. Rivendell is hardback and there is no paperback release of it being published so *if/when* you get your copy of it from them it will be hardback. If you actually get it anytime soon though is a completely different matter as people often wait months after an RPG is released when pre-ordering it through Amazon to get their copy of it.robbmiller wrote:I pre-ordered my Rivendell book quite sometime ago from amazon. Originally it stated the release date to be 19 November 2014. That date has long past. Recently, the description on the Amazon web-page was changed to indicate the book I ordered was in the paperback format and states:
Estimated delivery date:
Monday, February 2, 2015
Is C7 planning a paperback release? Here is the ISBN of the book I Rivendell book I ordered:
ISBN-10: 0857441353
ISBN-13: 978-0857441355
If this is a paperback release, I will cancel and look for the hard cover.
... And another example of Amazon simply making stuff up about a product. Again, this is a hardback publication with no paperback format and no confirmation of an actual hard release date by C7 (as of yet). I actually would prefer "Ruins..." to be paperback though as I think adventure anthologies work better as such and it would then 'match' "Tales..." as well.robbmiller wrote:I have also pre-ordered Ruins of the North. This listing has also recently changed to paperback format.
Estimated delivery date:
Friday, February 27, 2015
ISBN-10: 085744249X
ISBN-13: 978-0857442499
Can someone that has received these please check their ISBN numbers?
