Rivendell art question

Who did the piece on page 28 of I assume Glorfindel and the Witch King? It really jumped out at me while I was flipping through the PDF.

I'm kind of fond of the Bullroarer inventing Golf on page 30 :-)
Rignuth: Barding Wordweaver Wanderer in Southron Loremaster's game.
Amroth Ol'Hir: High Elf Vengeful Kin Slayer in Zedturtle's game.
Jakk O'Malli: Dwarven Orator Treasure-Hunter in Hermes Serpent's game.

I love the seagull's eye view of Rivendell. Hope Elrond doesn't get his fish and chips nicked.

Both Bullroarer Took and Glorfindel chasing the Witch-king off at the Battle of Fornost were Jan Pospisil - he talks about both pieces on his blog here.
