This one is really good. Feels like it's in the flavor of existing blessings, and I like that it only kicks in when things get rough. I don't think you need two separate versions for mail and leather.

Did you mean blessing or virtue?

I meant it as a virtue, but I suppose it could be a blessing instead if you think of it as a protective characteristic of the armor rather than as a learned ability of the wearer to move well in their armor even when exhausted (weary).

The reason I suggested splitting it was not for balance and more because some cultures (dwarves) just have more experience using heavy (metal) armor. Also - metal armor is more expensive, so it seems as if poorere cultures would not have as many people wearing it, and would not develop the collective institutional experience needed to make their members eligible for this. Maybe Rich cultures can take it only for metal armor (too rich to bother with cheap armor), Prosperous for either, and Frugal and Martial cultures only for leather?

This is a lot like the Second Skin 'boon' I use in my campaign:

Second Skin
You ignore the Wearied condition when making Protection Tests and reduce the Travel Fatigue of any armour worn by one point.

... It only applies to dwarves, as my personal tastes really like the dwarves culturally are the most viable to use heavy armour outside of battles, and it is also part of a larger set of rules which adds a Might attribute alongside Valour and Wisdom. This idea was originally created/proposed by Rocmistro but I've tailored it somewhat to my campaign.
