Rich, you're doing a beautiful job on this. I realize it's your choice, but I'm stunned that you've deleted a number of the contributions that some of us have made, including most of mine :(

More likely that I've simply missed them given all the info I've had to sort through. If you tell me what they are then I'll try and fit them in for you.

Thanks. Feel free not to use it then.

Three elements to a device isn't cluttered by any stretch. Some of them have many composite pieces.

... Back home, working on the map. Think I need to redo it as there are bits I'm not happy with.

... Been working on a slightly tweaked version of the map. The previous one was okay but I wasn't completely happy with it so I started again:

Got Tensen's dragon compass in there as well! :)

I'm a lot happier with this one so the next task will be pencilling in the roads and buildings and making sure I can fit the details of the shops, etc in the right locations as they are described in the supplement so far. Then I'll need to ink it in and colour it. It's been ages since I did this kind of thing; I'm really enjoying it though I'm finding it much trickier as I'm so out of practice.

When finished this map will need to be separate to the supplement so people can download it in a high resolution in order to pull out the detail.

And an update of the supplement progress:

CHAPTER 1 – THE HISTORY OF DALE (100% Complete)
CHAPTER 2 – THE SURROUNDING LANDS (100% Complete)
CHAPTER 3 – THE CITY OF DALE (100% Complete)
CHAPTER 4 – PERSONALITIES OF DALE (90% Complete)
CHAPTER 5 – THE GATHERING OF FIVE ARMIES (75% Complete)
CHAPTER 6 – THINGS TO DO IN DALE (75% Complete)
APPENDICES – MAPS OF DALE, SURROUNDING LANDS, AND OTHER LOCALES (25% Complete)

I've swapped around chapters 5 and 6 since last update as I think the supplement flows better like this.

Hi Rich

I just noticed that there is no mention of Londaroth in either the general descriptions of the regions of Dale or the places of interest. I think that it's existence as an urban centre means that it deserves a mention in one of those two locations.

Also, I noticed that you haven't highlighted the Redwater valley as a separate region. It has just been tagged on at the end of the Uppet Vales. The Redwater valley deserves it's own sub heading IMO. :)
