I don't know about Rich, but I happen to have that (1983 version for MERP, first edition). I also have Halls of the Elven-king in the Fortresses of Middle-earth series of suppliments.

As always, it's a pleasure. Just people thanking me is enough but don't forget that many others are contributing to this, not just me. It is primarily for my campaign but I thought it worthwhile pulling it all together for other to use if they desired.
