Where are we in the release schedule anyway? Has the hardcopy of DoM and Rivendell hit the shelves, yet?

Ok, Rivendell hc expected early autumn. Is that Calendar Autumn or Publishing World Autumn?

Ok, Rivendell hc expected early autumn. Is that Calendar Autumn or Publishing World Autumn?
I imagine it's publishing world autumn... the corrected PDF just got pushed out a few weeks ago (i.e. the file that went to the printer) and it takes at least three months to get them printed in China and shipped to the U.S.

Didn't Andrew say Rivendell was printing in US?
