A monster sheet!

Post by Ninjagrym » Thu Jul 25, 2013 6:28 pm

I'm new to this board, and new to this game actually. I just played my first session, and it was great. But I had a small problem with keeping track of stats for my NPCs.

So I created this sheet for keeping track of them. Thought I share it :)

This is the first version. So feedback is welcome!

Welcome Ninjagrym!

And many thanks for sharing. I'm running a couple sessions next week and will surely make use of your monster sheet.

There's more great fan-material in the Resources thread. The cheat sheets have been very helpful for Loremasters and Adventurers alike when getting started.

Welcome to the forum.

This is a pretty sheet but is limited in it's usability for adversaries that have more than two weaponskills and significant amount of special abilities - there's no space for expansion.

I have an electronic template for word that may be of more use in those circumstances: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/795 ... mplate.doc

As usual, it does need the TOR appropriate fonts loaded into word.

Thanks for the input guys. I know it's form before function, but that's how I roll.

I'll look into these other resources. But I think I need to spice that cheat sheet up a bit :-)

I really think you need to consider the balance between the two a bit more. Also, the style doesn't feel very TOR-like to me. Looks more like D&D or Lone Wolf, which is no bad thing in and of itself as those games are lots of fun but the graphic/style used could be a better match in my opinion.
