Gandalf Battle Stats
Is there anywhere in the rules Galdalf stats? I don't have all the suplements I need him to participate in a battle.
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Gandalf Battle Stats
I don't believe there are. Beorn in the main rules is probably the closest we have to a major ally character that is really powerful.
Tale of Years for a second, lower-level group (in the same campaign).

Sad, I think I'll use beorn's battle stats.
He will fight in dunedain's Refugee

Or...don't even bother rolling dice.
I don't think Gandalf had to roll dice even when fighting the Balrog or the Witch King.

Actually, that's why the Balrog got him. After he rolled, his favorite Feat die fell off the bridge and he was watching it fall into the abyss, debating whether to use magic to save it, instead of paying attention.Angelalex242 wrote:Or...don't even bother rolling dice.

It remains unrecorded whether he found it after falling, but I'm sure he looked.

... If it had been one of the green ones, he'd have had no problems at all. The chuffs *glow*.Glorelendil wrote:Actually, that's why the Balrog got him. Rich is in Stage 1.
Stage 2 involves living by subterranean lakes, strangling stray goblins.

Re: Gandalf Battle Stats
My feeling is that Gandalf spent his XP during the long Fellowship phase between The Hobbit and LotR to upgrade his Servant of the Secret Fire Istari Virtue from "igniting pine-cones" to "wielding the flame of Anor".

And that doesn't even COUNT the upgrade he got when he took the 'become a higher order of wizard' virtue. (Gandalf the White). Had to get that one straight from Eru on his way back.
