This might be a first: UK pre-order customers receiving product before the US pre-order customers. I guess this is what we get for our rebellion all those years ago.

Recently I ordered RotN and the TfW HC. At first RotN arrived with some damage to the cover (happened probably somewhere in the post). After an equiry to C7 and some photos of the damage, I got a brandnew and perfect copy at no extra cost that arrived together with the TfW HC.

IMO this is a prime example of excellent customer support by C7 to supply a replacement copy to these conditions. Very well done and five stars for this performance!!!

The same thing happened to me with RotN, Tolwen. And as always, C7's customer service was incredible and quickly took care of getting me a new copy.

I think it's still in transit to our US warehouse - we've printed it in the EU this time round, which means it was with us in the UK far in advance of reaching the US. Which makes a change from the normal way these things work. Shouldn't be long now though!
