Xmas/Dragonmeet releases?

Post by Hermes Serpent » Tue Sep 24, 2013 3:57 pm

What can we expect to see published for The One Ring in the last quarter of 2013?

I know that with licensed material it is hard to quote a timeline for publishing material that has to go through the approval process but an indication that there is something in the approvals pipeline that might issue forth in the dark days of the end of the year would be appreciated.

Well, let's see. I know that the Hobbit Tales (from the Green Dragon Inn) story-telling card game is supposed to release in November. From what I've been reading, the Rivendell sourcebook won't drop until 2014. So, we will possibly get the The Darkening of Mirkwood campaign unless that is delayed to early 2014.

Can anyone confirm?

You should get some kind of bot/autoreply setup for this, Jon. ;)

Eventually I'm hopeful that you guys will realise every time I type it, it's time taken away from making TOR art. :)

But hey, being serious fro a minute we really do appreciate your fervour to see new things for TOR. We share it. I'm sorry we can't be more forthcoming with this one.

My reason for posting the request was to see if I could get a tie-in for running a game at Dragonmeet. I can run either TOR or Laundry so a link to something new would be a boost and generate some synergy.

Charlie's new novella, just out, is too early really to get some Laundry traction for the first weekend in December but if the Mirkwood campaign was launched at Dragonmeet or around that time I'd be golden.

Rich, that drawing is amazing. I wonder if Jon is more of a messy artist. That's the impression your drawing gives anyway
