No kidding! I was expecting Oaths of the Riddermark or The Adventurer's Companion, but this is equally awesome!Glorelendil wrote:Wow that was out of the blue.

True, and we could be kidding a third announcement tomorrow, though Jon said that wasn't guaranteed.Rue wrote:I think it's to keep us well-conditioned to check the website.Curulon wrote:No kidding! Re: Erebor - The Lonely Mountain
Well, it's really an amazing week. I guess they've actually found a way to speed up production!
This is the supplement that close the circle on the Wildarland/The Hobbit part of the game. I wasn't expecting it now, but I can't say it was totally unexpected. They scattered some pieces here and there, along the way.
Is this going to be the Year of the Ring?

Re: Erebor - The Lonely Mountain
I hope a lot of what we worked on in the Dale fan supplement can still be used with the information in this. If not then I may have to bring out another version that adds to, rather than contradicts, the official content!

This is exactly how I felt, I am really looking forward to the Adventurers Companion, but this is a very pleasant surprise and the cover is gorgeous. As much I hoped for The Adventurer's Companion to be the next big announcement, as much I'm thrilled with this one. Awesome news!

I'll be completely upfront and say it's looking like the last one of the three updates will come next week. We don't want to rush it, it'll get more eyes early in the week, and to be honest there's plenty here to be chewing over.Curulon wrote: True, and we could be kidding a third announcement tomorrow, though Jon said that wasn't guaranteed.

I'm am shocked and appalled that you like the work of internationally renowned, award-winning, veteran Tolkien artist of book and screen, John Howe.Rich H wrote:You know I love your work Jon, I buy enough of it , but this cover is utterly brilliant.Rue wrote:The cover is gorgeous...
