Okay gents, I have a surprise for you all here:

A Guide to Dale
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/795 ... 20Dale.pdf
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/795 ... elands.jpg
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/795 ... elands.jpg

... Updated after needing to remove the offending C7 art and TOR maps. I've had to draw my own maps but they should be more than useable. Not as amazing as the C7 TOR ones but I like them - they are clean, easy to read, and contain the necessary information to support the location descriptions within the guide.

Hope you enjoy this, note that I've also updated the original post in this thread with the above links as well.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year folks.

Thanks for the info on Dorwinion. And the Dale information is great stuff from what I've quickly looked over. And just in time I'm running a PbP game centered in Dale.

Thank you for the kind words of support and appreciation, chaps, it's very nice to read.

Just a quick note, download the guide and maps again - I'd spotted that there was no 'Mountain Road' between Dale and Erebor on the maps so I've added it! ... And trees! :D

Wonderful Rich! I look forward to reading it all properly again. However I wonder, do you have a map of Dale itself, or at least an idea? I notice you numbered the various shops, so I'm curious as to whether you have some idea in your head about where they can be found.

Keep up the good work :)

What about that excellent fan map of Dale? Are we allowed to post that or does it cause problems with C7?

Hi gents... Currently in Stockholm for the New Year so posting on crappy Android interface - will therefore keep it brief...

I have the beginnings of a map that I'll scan when I get back home for you. Unfortunately the other fan made map doesn't cut the mustard regarding the level of detail and how I've set things out from my descriptions in the supplement so it isn't really compatible.

Invaluable source material and ideas, Rich; I like some of your special attacks and dreadful spells in particular. Looking forward to the map on Dale...
cheers

Cheers, but the creatures are pretty much the sole work of Poosticks7 so credit where it's due!
