Why do we want Rangers alone to not benefit from the Hope offered by the Fellowship; arguably their closest friends and companions?

Can't agree on the Twice-baked Honey Cakes benefit; that extra Hope far outweighs the reduction in travel TN in my experience; a far greater range of application than lowering TNs by one level.

Heh. I've always been a bit of a Hope Conservationist, myself. Although I usually play Noldor and am more concerned with minimizing Shadow.

I'd go with allowing Rangers to benefit from it, since I can't see a logical reason why they wouldn't. It just doesn't make sense to me that the food would be super-healthy for everyone except Rangers.
