Come on guys, don't play the old man card. I'm thirty and I remember the days before PDFs.Rich H wrote:I think most here are, you'd be surprised how many 40+ year olds post here. I'd hate to go back to the days before electronic media though; I find I need both hardcopy and pdf for my RPGs to run a game smoothly.DavetheLost wrote:As for PDFs, I am old enough to remember when games were only available in print copies. I still prefer physical books to electronic ones.
My copy of TOR arrived today and, even though I'd previously looked through PDF copies, the sheer beauty of them blew me away. As a bonus, I had a little more spare cash than I anticipated, so I've ordered Tales from Wilderland and Heart of the Wild as well.

Good for you lass, you won't be disappointed! I'm glad that you've managed to get some more of the supplements - hope you eventually get them all; and sooner rather than later.Shieldmaiden wrote:Come on guys, don't play the old man card. I'm thirty and I remember the days before PDFs.

Re: Where is TOR going?
Wasn't that clear? We're all so keen for books we may as well just leave an envelope outside the C7 offices addressed "open upon completion of next supplement", wherein we have all placed the prerequisite amount of money to complete the pre-orderSo this is what we're all doing - donating to their holiday & retirement funds?
