Typo for Bree
Re: Typo for Bree
When I read this kind of topic, I was inevitably thinking of a pack of predator ripping a fresh newborn alive

But it's being done with love!
"Far, far below the deepest delvings of the Dwarves, the world is gnawed by nameless things. Even Sauron knows them not. They are older than he."

Re: Typo for Bree
Not a typo, but an oddity: on p29, the possible guests at the Prancing Pony include "Dwarves from the Misty Mountains, going West". Surely there are no Dwarves from the Misty Mountains at this time?

Re: Typo for Bree
Maybe that should be read as "Dwarves from beyond the Misty Mountains (Erebor, the Iron Hills or the Grey Mountains)".
"Far, far below the deepest delvings of the Dwarves, the world is gnawed by nameless things. Even Sauron knows them not. They are older than he."
Re: Typo for Bree
I took that as simply meaning they had crossed into Eriador from the Misty Mountains but came from further afield.

Re: Typo for Bree
Thanks all! Dropping a post into mark where we're up to with implementing changes. A new version will be uploaded soon - 90% of comments have been used, but not all - I've checked them all out, but I don't want to spend time doing feedback on feedback on feedback, when I can just crack on with Oaths.
All your efforts are greatly appreciated.
Actually, it's worth mentioning on Bree I tried an experiment in proofing, and it didn't work out this time - it's taken us to the bad old days, and pretty much highlighted we were on the right track with the last supplement. Cool. Lesson learned.
Thanks again!
