Have this on order as well:

Just like the style of it. Was thinking of painting him in quite bright colours akin to how the Dwarves are described in The Hobbit. So, maybe a yellow hat and blue robes. Think those will counter the brown of the pony and the packs and staff he has on his person.

Rich, that's a great looking Drake, I didn't know GW made this and the other dragon actually... and the Warploque one is wonderful as well. As it happens, I've got the regular version (on level ground) of the Warploque one primed and waiting for painting. As well as one OOB Rackham dragon which is really tricky to assemble. Lots of filling, pinning and gluing involved, but that's what Rackham minis tended to be like.

I don't recognize the hillmen, who makes them?

By the way, are those black and white play sheets (for journey & battle) in Rich's pics on page 1 of this thread available anywhere, haven't come across them anywhere?

Got to my resources thread, they are in my 'game aids' zip file: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=62 - just print them out black and white.

Yes, picked up a few that I liked the look of and thought would make suitable hillmen.

Hey, managed to paint up some Reaper Bones spiders of the smaller kind (by Mirkwood standards at least):

I got some larger ones too from eBob that I will eventually get painted, I hope...

Those spiders are great, even if they do make my skin crawl (I have to 'pluck up' courage to handle my Shelob miniature)! :D

Do they come on the trees/stumps or did you create that look? Do you have a link to them as I may pick up a couple...

They are these:

Not sure about availability currently, I got four of them in a Kickstarter and anohter two from a LAD forum member....

The trees are my own additions, I wanted to add some drama, and basing them all on the ground looked kinda dull and unmenacing.
