Men of Rohan?

I'm setting up to run a TOR game for my home group, and one of my players (full disclosure: my wife) has demanded that she be able to play one of the Rohirrim. Are there any fan-created resources for this, since there isn't yet anything from C7, or do I need to sit down and homebrew something?

I think there were a good two or three different versions of them to be honest, each had some really nice bits. I was playing with the idea of creating a hybrid version of all the elements I liked from them but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Anyway, here are the different versions:
